Football
The SGS Football Team provides an invaluable platform where genuine friendships are forged, challenges are overcome and unforgettable memories are created. Above all, we strive to imbue a lifelong appreciation towards playing good football built on sound values.
Every football story begins with a dream. For generations, the SGS Football Team has carried this dream onto the pitch, building a proud legacy forged through passion, resilience and an unwavering belief in the power of teamwork. From the kick-off to the final whistle, our journey has always been about more than football. It is about discovering who we are, challenging new horizons and above all, representing SGS with pride and honour.
Over the years, our football team has nurtured and developed young footballers who have gone on to represent their countries at the highest level. Among them are Singapore football icon Fandi Ahmad, Singapore international striker Daniel Goh, and Nepalese international midfielder Laken Limbu, players who started their respective footballing journeys with us and went on to achieve their dreams on the greatest stage.
Across time, our teams have battled their way through countless competitions, overcoming adversity and winning accolades at both zonal and national level along the way. In 2026, our B and C Division teams have once again displayed commendable fighting spirit, ambition and resilience in the National School Games (NSG) competitions, giving off their very best in each and every match.
At SGS Football Team, we believe that the greatest success is not always measured by trophies. Rather, it is best exemplified through staying consistent to our PRIDE values, showcasing our competitive spirit and harnessing our collective ambition to achieve unprecedented new heights. All in all, this is our legacy. This is our SGS Football Team.
